Our most recently completed project was at 43 Worship Street.  This project involved a 50% complete new build plus the total refurbishment of the whole 32,000 sq.ft building.

The brief was to produce an office location specifically targeted to meet the demands of the more sophisticated occupier looking for a showpiece Head Office.

The result was 32,000 sq .ft. of high quality offices over lower ground, ground and five upper floors, centrally located  and ideal for those relocating from the City or the West End.

This project was carried out to the highest specification:

  • VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Air Conditioning
  • Full access metal raised floors
  • Perforated metal tile suspended ceilings
  • Category II lighting
  • Two new 10 person passenger lifts
  • New male and female toilets on each floor
  • New double glazed windows
  • 4 car parking spaces
  • 5th floor with full height glazing
  • New entrance hall
  • New external galvanised steel fire escape staircase
